A bedroom for two children in a 1750’s timber-framed building… how best to arrange things to provide usable, and defensible, space?
The room had a very high ceiling, so I opted for adjacent bunks with integral desks beneath.
In reality, the occupants soon rearranged things to suit themselves and it was never actually this ordered.
