Having bought these foam sheets years ago, I finally managed to find an application for them in creating this (almost) 3-D effect. This was designed as a daughter’s birthday present.
The ball proved troublesome, eventually being made circular by pressing and twisting the open barrel of an aluminium pen torch into the material -as an improvised cookie-cutter.
